“Accrington House was the perfect place for our recent senior leadership team offsite meeting. We were looking for a location that would enable our 10-person team to get away from their day to day roles for a couple of days, clear their heads, and focus on the future. Accrington is located in a peaceful and beautiful part of Banks Peninsula. While we were just 1.5 hours from Christchurch city, it felt a million miles away. The property has a great meeting space which is airy and spacious and just alongside the accommodation. The house itself is large, and well-equipped with very comfortable beds and roomy living spaces. As a team we enjoyed self-catering and sharing meal prep together. For active teams, there are great walks and beaches nearby. Wifi access is good. Phone coverage is patchy, but we saw this as a benefit as it enabled our team to get away from usual work demands. Annabel and Hamish are great hosts and Annabel made organising the logistics for our visit very easy. Highly recommended”
